Where does the product shipping from?

All our products are shipped from our Singapore-based warehouses.

How long will our products take to arrive?

All products are shipped within 2-3 working days after we receive your payment. The delivery time depends on the courier your shipment is being sent with.  All orders will be received within 15-20 business days (including custom clearance time).

***Please understand this is an estimate. The exact delivery time is beyond our control and is dependent on the customs clearance time.

Can I track my products once they are shipped?

You can track your parcel during its route to your delivery address. Tracking Codes are given right after we handed  the package over to the courier.

Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to deliver all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Service Team will inform you at the earliest if your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your Card Account.

Cancellation by the Customer

Orders once placed can be cancelled only before the Order is shipped. If the Order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel the order due to the personal nature of your purchase.

Replacement / Exchange Policy

We will NOT accept returns and / or replacements for products that are not to your liking, due to the personal nature and hygiene factor of your purchase. 

We do not accept any products in return except for cases of damaged & defective or incorrect product being delivered to you.

We will replace certain products within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. This only applies to the product received in damaged condition.


In the unlikely event that a replaceable product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 4 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement or exchange.

We will NOT be able to accept returns or exchanges of products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used.

Product not to your liking

Most of our products are personal in nature, we will NOT accept replacements and / or exchanges for products that are not to your liking.
